Sorella’s Salon & Day Spa was created in September of 1997. Sorella’s means “sisters” in Italian. As sisters and business partners, our vision from day one was to create a beautiful salon & spa that offered exceptional services, performed by highly trained professionals in a warm and welcoming environment. After earning degrees at the University of Montana, with an emphasis in business, we immersed ourselves in the day to day operations of running a business and learned a lot about the industry as a whole. We also spent time researching what elements were important to us in creating a new space as we had the dream of expansion.

In 2001, we purchased a historic building in downtown Missoula and performed a complete renovation. It has been our mission to not only have our guests feel special, but to create a cohesive support team of talented individuals who love what they do and are striving to always do their best. It is our desire to provide the best service at all times. We have built our business on these principles and have continued to grow year after year. We realize the success of Sorella’s is a tribute to all of us and the individual talents we bring to our jobs.

In the spring of 2009, after twelve years in business, we made the decision to no longer offer hair services in order to proceed with our dream of creating a culture that incorporated health and wellness. We transformed our space into a Pilates studio and created a spa store. It is our desire to bring to the community a place where one can nurture the mind, body and spirit.
